When you blog, be sure to keep your focus. Too many times professionals can make the mistake of using their blog to present content best suited for their personal blog or MySpace page.

A good business blog should highlight your business. You do not need to necessarily claim “I do this best”, but you should highlight services your company provides and the solutions you can provide. Your business blog should not be your personal soap box.

Be sure to stay focused when posting to your blog.
